Full-time Front Desk Representative for a Naturopathic Doctorxe2x80x99s Office Looking for a full-time front desk representative for a medium-sized Naturopathic doctorxe2x80x99s office with a great team environment. We are located in Seattle a few blocks from U-Village mall. Our clinic has 6 doctors, we currently see our patients in office and via Telehealth. The hours will be 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility. About the position: This is an in-office position responsible for: – Checking patients in and out – Scheduling appointments – Answering patient questions via phone and email – Accurately adding labs into patient charts and handling fax requests – Light stocking of supplements. Ability to lift 20 pounds and give patients supplements from shelving unit. Qualifications: -This is an in-person job. -Background of reception in a busy office environment, medical office preferred -Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel -Excels in customer service and communication verbal and through email -Understanding of and able to comply with HIPAA regulations -Knowledge of Naturopathic care a plus, but not required -Previous experience with charm ehr a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits: 40 hours per week (flexible) Pay:23.00 -26.00per hour Paid holidays/ 2 weeks vacation/ paid sick leave Health Insurance & life insurance available for all full time employees Shift hours are 9-5:30pm some flexibility on start time.
