Responsibilities: Clive Behavioral Health Be a part of our caring team of professionals at Clive Behavioral Health, where we provide compassionate inpatient and outpatient care for individuals who struggle with a behavioral health disorder or co-occurring disorders. Our care providers work closely with patients and their loved ones to help achieve their personal treatment goals. We provide a secure, healing environment for all our patients, staff and visitors. Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. We also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 to 17 and a substance use disorder intensive outpatient program for adults called First Step Recovery. Our goal with all of our programs is to help people reach their highest quality of life. Qualifications: Admissions Receptionist The Receptionist is responsible for greeting employees and visitors both in person and over the phone and providing admission process information and routine hospital information. Informs Walk-In’s of CBH’s services, evaluations, and admissions processes, as well as routine hospital information, they will also assist in entering individuals seeking care on the EMTALA log. They will initiate and maintain 15 minute checks for individuals awaiting assessments/admission per the observation policy and procedures, and communicate changes in monitored individuals conditions to the Admissions Department. Lastly, They will sign for, recieve, and route incoming mail, including courier deliveries and provide back-up clerical support to other departments.
