Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs a variety of clerical duties. Performs receptionist duties such as screening and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing other responsibilities as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Prior clerical or receptionist experience. Professional front-desk manner. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office software. Strong clerical skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Potential for visual strain when operating computer systems. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail up to 70 percent of the time.
