Assists with information management as needed for all internal processes. Monitors processes for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School graduate, additional education in business and/or computers preferred. Must possess communication and interpersonal skills(verbal and written). Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality. Ability or organize and prioritize work. Reliable and capable of working with minimal supervision. Required Length and Type of Experience Efficiency in Word, Excel software programs, ability to use office equipment, including copier, fax, computer systems, shredders, scanners, telephones, etc. Required Licensure or Certification N/A Required Physical and Environmental Demands Requires intermittent sitting, standing and walking with no physical strain. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record and communicate reports.
