Flexible schedules for work/life balance Position Profile Answers phone and greet visitors in a friendly, efficient manner; forwards messages/information to staff; provides directional assistance and relays information; accepts deliveries and assists office personnel with clerical duties. Responsibilities xc2xa7 Manages phone calls and visitors in a professional manner. xc2xa7 Processes mail, faxes, office deliveries and death certificates. xc2xa7 Provides quality clerical support. xc2xa7 Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills. xc2xa7 Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications xc2xa7 High school diploma or equivalent experience. xc2xa7 Minimum two years multi-line phone experience. xc2xa7 Working knowledge of multi-line phone system. xc2xa7 Proficient computer skills. xc2xa7 Ability to use various types of office equipment including computer equipment, fax machine, copier and phone.
