It is important that Patient Care Representatives are polite, attentive, and organized. Additionally, they should be able to effectively communicate with patients and assist them in any way possible.xc2xa0Job Responsibilities:xc2xa0Answer multi line phone and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the callerxe2x80x99s needs.xc2xa0Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.xc2xa0Provide patients with new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents.xc2xa0Scan paperwork into patients file.xc2xa0Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients.xc2xa0Call and remind patients of upcoming appointments.xc2xa0Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.xc2xa0Collect monies, process end of day reports.xc2xa0Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance.xc2xa0Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.xc2xa0Order office supplies.xc2xa0Qualifications:xc2xa0Minimum experience of 1+ year working in an outpatient clinic settingxc2xa0Dermatology office experience a plusxc2xa0Minimum of 2+ years in customer servicexc2xa0Schedule:xc2xa0Monday through Fridayxc2xa0Full-Timexc2xa0Physical and Mental Demands: xc2xa0The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.xc2xa0 Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job responsibilities. xc2xa0While performing the duties of this job, the employee will have prolonged sitting, repetitive head, neck, hands wrists and arm motion/rotation, extensive reading, writing, typing required, lifting up to 25lbs.
