Position will allow for lots of growth and income potential!Key Responsibilities:Patient Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with patients, providing updates on their treatment progress, appointment reminders, and addressing any concerns.xc2xa0Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.Scheduling: Assist in scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure efficient treatment timelines.xc2xa0Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.xc2xa0Patient Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with patients, explaining treatment options, financial responsibilities, and answering any questions or concerns.Treatment Planning: Collaborate with orthodontist to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients, including cost estimates and timelines.Billing and Insurance: Prepare and submit insurance claims, follow up on claims processing, and handle patient billing and payment processing.Financial Counseling: Work closely with patients and their families to discuss and arrange financial arrangements, payment plans, and financing options.Records Management: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, financial agreements, and insurance documentation.Qualifications:Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred. However, we are willing to train for the right candidate that is willing to learn.Knowledge of orthodontic terminology, procedures, and treatment optionsProficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial and insurance-related tasksAbility to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all timesPositive attitude and team player mentalityStrong communication and interpersonal skills
