The position is working all front office in a Dermatology Medical Group.Summary: Position: Medical Receptionist Hours : 8:30am – 5pm; Monday – FridayPay Rate: $20-$21 DOE Location: Manteca, CA 95207 Specialty: Dermatology, derm experience a MUST The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing consistent, efficient, and excellent patient care daily while assisting the surgeon and handling supplies and equipment as necessary during surgical procedures while demonstrating proper aseptic/sterile technique during procedures.Duties Ensures efficient patient flow throughout the check-in/check-out process Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying all insurances, collecting payments, processing referrals, obtaining authorizations, scanning new patient information forms, scheduling surgeries, preparing medical/financial charts, and entering patient data.
