Job Title: Front Desk Medical Receptionist**AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! *** Resumes/applications will not be looked at if they are missing this requirement.Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pmPay: $16-18/hr depending on experienceContract-to-hire. Full benefits are included once you are hired permanently.Position Summary:One of our top nonprofit clients in Mesa is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist for support! As the initial point of contact for the healthcare center, this role is essential in ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greet patients and provide service information.Schedule appointments and assist walk-in patients.Answer calls and direct inquiries.Register patients and maintain documentation.Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.Collaborate with healthcare staff for efficient patient flow.Manage patient records and follow up on appointments.Communicate patient concerns to management.Assist with electronic medical records and document handling.Perform additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.Additional Duties:Maintain composure under pressure.Provide exceptional customer service.Work well with the public.Collaborate with a diverse community.Possess computer skills, including eClinicalWorks.Communicate effectively regardless of background.Qualifications:Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience/training, or a combination of both. Proficiency in electronic medical records, preferably eClinicalWorks.Bilingual in Spanish and English Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Office 365.Certificates and Licenses: CPR with basic life support card, Fingerprint clearance card.#staffing #normal #none #staff
