Medical Front Desk | Customer Service

Great opportunity for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual that considers themselves a people-person. This position is the first point of contact for our patients, so the ideal candidate should possess exemplary, “Nordstrom-type”, customer service/concierge skills and enjoy building relationships with the patient through one-on-one communication. This is an extremely busy surgical practice. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize the patients’ needs above all else, without compromising customer service. Prior experience in a surgical/health care setting is preferred. Customer service experience is required. Previous experience that demonstrates advanced office, phone and computer skills is required. Bachelor’s degree required. This is a full time position; Monday-Friday. Candidates must be willing to work at both our Denver and Golden offices. Full-time (40 hours per week).
