This individual provides exceptional guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service is provided. Represents management in solving guest problems and implements company policy when management team is not available.Requirements: High School or equivalent education required 1-2 years of previous Front Desk Agent experience, Front Desk Supervisor experience or similar1-year experience in leadership role in hospitality or equivalentStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume settingStrong computer skillsLightspeed and GXP experience beneficial Marriott/Starwood experience beneficial Knowledge of hospitality industryAbility to effectively present information in a one-on-one setting or in a groupBasic cash handling skills requiredHourly pay rate: $22.50 to $23.75
