The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago – Magnificent Mile is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team!This contemporary, vibrant, and newly redesigned hotel is located just a few steps to Michigan Avenue shopping and the sights of Navy Pier.Shift Pattern: 7am to 3pm., or 3pm to 11pm. **Some overnights may be required.Availability:open availability required, working rotating/flexible shifts – must be able to work any shift, any day – holidays and weekends APPLY RIGHT NOW! Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
