Front Desk Representative-Bilingual Spanish

You’ll find a collaborative team of coworkers and providers, as well as consistent hours.This role offers: A great work/life balance No weekends or evenings – Monday thru Friday Paid holidays and paid time off Rapidity growing team with opportunities for advancement Competitive compensation Benefits packageDuties you will be responsible for:Greet patients in a pleasant and timely manner.Utilize practice management system to create provider records, scan medical records & documents including active medical insurance cards, drivers license or equivalent ID, & maintain insurance information.Verify registration forms are complete & obtain referring physician & primary physician information.Ensure patient has current referral on date of service.
