We are looking for an outgoing, polished, and articulate professional to help with administrative tasks, front desk operations, and patient care.The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. We are looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as a valuable team member. Must be willing to work in a hands-on, sleeves-rolled capacity, doing “whatever it takes” to help the practice grow.Greenwich Psychology Group is a private boutique practice in Greenwich, CT and New York City. This position is on site in our Greenwich, Connecticut, Office. We cater to high functioning, professional and family-focused clientele and we have helped thousands of clients improve the quality of their life. The services provided to our patients is significant and represent some of the most important decisions they will make in their lifetime. Providing these patients with compassion and expert information is paramount to providing patient centered care.Schedule: Five Days a week, Availability to work two Saturdays a month required.Responsibilities:Supporting front-desk patient flow includes greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and assisting providers.Heavy Calendaring (Calendars for 25 providers)Coordinate internal/external meetings for CEO and providersEnsure paperless file organization based on office protocol and HIPAA complianceMaintaining a neat and organized office environmentDocument Formatting, Data EntryAssisting CEO with consultations through phone conferencing and transcriptionProvide ad hoc support as neededQualifications:Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in person and via phone/emailStrong customer service skills and the ability to providing polished, white glove service to patientsAbility to MultitaskProfessionalism in dress and presentation, honesty, an excellent work ethic, and a positive attitudeBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePrevious customer service and administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and G-SuiteType accurately 50 wpmFlexible ScheduleAdditional Qualifications:Familiarity with Apple computers, Ring Central, and DialPadPrevious EMR ExperiencePrevious Front Desk experienceFamiliarity with WordPress, Photoshop, and SalesForce is a plusStructure of Pay, Perks, and Benefits:Pay is made up of salary and bonuses.
