As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your excellent organizational skills, warm and bubbly personality, and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information to patients-Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality- Coordinate referrals to specialists and schedule follow-up appointments- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions- Collect patient payments and process billing information- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination Experience:- No dental experience required- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively -Customer service and leadership experiences are a plus Qualifications- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Strong customer service and communication skills- Excellent typing speed and accuracy- Demonstrated organizational skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems- Knowledge of basic office management tasks- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work Location: In person
