Must be able to prioritize and manage timeExcellent communication skills; Fluent in English Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitudeDedication to customer serviceValid driver’s license with a clean recordDesire to continually learn new things Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):Represent the Paul Davis Values and Basics professionallyReceive and distribute all incoming callsAccept assignments from Third Party Administrators and insurance companiesAdd customers into company used software and link to other softwareAssist with specific duties as outlined in Reconstruction and Mitigation Workflow/PolicyPick up and drop off mail to the finance departmentPurchase all needed office/kitchen/bathroom suppliesMaintain all required paperwork for subcontractors and their vetting processMaintain Contractor Services AgreementManage insurance and third-party programsMaintain all necessary paperwork associated with programsKeep office staff updated with changes associated with programs (guideline changes, etc.)Alert all staff to new assignments that come in and ensure they are following procedures and submitting paperworkEnsure notebooks and electronic files are maintained with all guidelines and any updatesMaintain records for OSHA requirementsMaintain a systematic and easily accessible electronic filing systemPerform other office and technical related duties as requested by managementPlease apply if you think you have what it takes to serve others and deliver a world-class service when others need it the most.
