We recognize this role has a rather large impact on the practice so we acknowledge, respect and value this position as much as any other role in our office. We take good care of our staff. We’re searching for a positive team member to take on this responsibility.Represent the office professionally and competently as the first point of contact for prospective, new and existing patients in all modes of communication (in-person, via phone and via electronic contact)Answer phone and emailsGreet, welcome and direct patients with professional serviceManage patient treatment plans and communicate progress with patients and doctor as neededCheck patients in and out for appointmentsTake patients through intake process from completing forms, scheduling, escorting to rooms, and processing paymentsLearn and utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to perform dutiesOversee and manage patient flowRespond to requests for records and perform other administrative and clerical dutiesMaintain positive relationships with patients & staffPerform opening and closing duties to prepare officeAssist the chiropractor or other staff as neededExpected Direction for the Right Candidate:*Looking for immediate start availability.The new team member will work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Days and hours to be added with flexibility within the next year as the office is in growth transition.There will be opportunities to advance if the team member is interested in taking on additional responsibility. Opportunity for promotion to Office Manager or Chiropractic Assistant. The new team member will join the office in our growth as the office is pending a re-location and additional doctors in the upcoming year.
