As a Front Desk Associate, you are the customerxe2x80x99s first point of contact, both over the phone and in-person. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for.Individuals with experience in customer service or office administration as a front desk receptionist, clinic coordinator, medical receptionist or front desk agent, would be a good fit for this role.
