Front Desk Receptionist Duties: – Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner – Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries – Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information – Assist with scheduling and coordinate patient appointments – Provide administrative support tostaff as needed – Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality -Processing of Dental Claims -Posting Claim Payments -Verification of benefits for insurance plans -Patient collections of outstanding balances – Perform medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents – Utilize Dental software for appointment management and record keeping – Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Requirements:- Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role required- Knowledge of medical records management and administrative procedures- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for the position of Front Desk Receptionist.
