How You Will Have an Impact at SBS as a Dental Front Desk Associate xe2x80xa2Greet and welcome patients and visitors. xe2x80xa2Provide outstanding customer service to our patients, coworkers, and the public. xe2x80xa2Follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines. xe2x80xa2Answer patient phone calls following SBSxe2x80x99s Excellence in xe2x80x9cCustomer Servicexe2x80x9d Program. xe2x80xa2Check patients into the patient management system xe2x80xa2Verify insurance eligibility xe2x80xa2Ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned. xe2x80xa2Note in patientxe2x80x99s appointments; next day co-pays and balances to be collected. xe2x80xa2Collect all balances and co-pays.
