Overview: Are you a Receptionist looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel is seeking a On Call Receptionist to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. Schedule: Hours will vary. Weekend availability is a must. Front desk hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 8pm, Sat-Sun 8am – 5pm and Holidays 9am – 3pm. This position will pay up to $16.50/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Job Duties & Skills Required: What You Will Do The overall purpose of this job is to make a favorable first impression when welcoming visitors, residents, participants, staff, and family members to a facility. The responsibilities of this job include greeting persons upon entry of a facility, answering phones, providing customer service information, setting appointments, and open and forwarding mail. Skills & Requirements High School Diploma/GED is required. One (1) year of direct experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or related position is required.
