Personalized care together with advanced technology is what it means to be Community Strong Responsibilities: The Radiology Receptionist is responsible for coordinating in patient scheduling of diagnostic testing. Greets people with a smile and with a friendly greeting who are entering the department, answers questions and follow up with patients of there any delays. Schedules and confirms appointments for procedures, answers phones, faxes report, helps with completing forms, uses computer system ( MediTech) to check previous studies and reports. Monitors the waiting area and patients waiting times. The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Good comprehension of Medical Radiology terminology, preparation and computer skills. Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including evening and weekend coverage. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Complete PACS training on necessary application.
