We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, career-oriented applicants to join our team. Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging has a full time Receptionist/Billing Clerk position available. This full time position is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are committed to providing exceptional reception and billing services with compassion, kindness, and accuracy, we are looking for you! As a Receptionist/Billing Clerk, you will utilize your expertise to: Provide receptionist duties; all phone duties, greeting visitors/vendors, including answering and transferring incoming calls at the front desk in a professional, courteous manner. Print, sort, verify, and mail any paper claims. Scan daily correspondence and handwritten appeals for Claims Representatives. Work HCFA Review in the billing system daily and make any corrections needed. Work Statement Review in the billing system daily and make any corrections needed. Map referring providers in Fast Translate daily or as needed. Work Clearinghouse rejects. Assist with patient phone calls. Maintain incoming money log for accuracy and communicate deposits to Payment Posting staff. Run postage for outgoing mail, as necessary. Process and send W-9s.
