We have an opportunity for a weekend Housing Concierge to join our team. Job Overview: The receptionist is the first impression of the hospital to incoming staff and visitors. The receptionist assists visitors, answers the telephone and takes messages. This position will help coordinate Care Management, Housekeeping, Facilities Management, Reception and Security to ensure all communication and processes are carried out timely and efficiently. Hours for this position are 12 hour shifts – 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays only. Responsibilities: Answers the department telephone promptly Provides customer service in person or via telephone for housekeeping and maintenance needs Greets visitors courteously and with a smile Provides guest registration and room assignment for weekend guest arrival Escort patients and guests to proper room assigned Assists visitors and patients with luggage and transportation needs This is not an all-inclusive list of this jobxe2x80x99s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Education High School diploma or GED preferred. Skills 2 years receptionist experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Compensation for this position is based upon experience and department equity, but ranges from $15 -$22 per hour.
