As a Front Desk Supervisorxc2xa0with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for supervising the Front Desk to ensure efficient and courteous guest check-in and check-out. Responsible for supervising and the training of the Front Desk Team to ensure that the brand standards are followed during the check-in and check-out process as well as during the owners/guest’s entire stay.xc2xa0xc2xa0 Coordinate and monitor reservations for special requests and room blocking.xc2xa0xc2xa0xc2xa0 Participate as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.xc2xa0xc2xa0 Work with all resort departments to meet guest expectations.xc2xa0xc2xa0 Trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating Team Members performance.xc2xa0xc2xa0 Any other duties that may be necessary to daily functioning of the resort.xc2xa0 xc2xa0 We offer an excellent benefit package to our full-time Team Members that include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) program and extraordinary travel benefits!What are we looking for?
