Wyndemere Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for our Assisted Living facility. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of the front desk. This position will ensure all policies and visitor protocols are followed by the reception staff.Benefit: Medical Dental Vision 401k Matching PTO Educational AssistanceShift: Open availability; 7:30am – 4:00pmxc2xa0Responsibilities: Greets, directs and assists residents and guests as needed Answers the telephone in a professional manner; takes accurate and complete messages; directs calls to appropriate staff members Provides general information to walk-ins; contacts Marketing Representative or tour guides as needed Opens and closes the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area Coordinates maintenance of office machines Interviews, trains and evaluates reception staff in coordination with administration Manages Westbridge receptionist schedules and timekeeping Coordinates response to emergency calls. Knowledge of fire, tornado and disaster evacuation procedures and demonstrates proficiency in all required drills Respond to resident call lightsQualifications: High School Diploma required. One year experience in an office setting and dealing with the public. Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writingxc2xa0Salary: $19-$21/hr
