OverviewWe are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Solo Private Psychiatric Practice for child, adolescent and adult patients for telehealth and in person visits. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Must be comfortable wearing a mask when patients have in person visits. Hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday Duties Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendar for doctor. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Assist with general office duties as needed, including clerical tasks and personal assistant responsibilities. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office 360 applications. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage schedules. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience medical front office receptionist or in a similar office environment is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients.
