**Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support while maintaining a seamless and efficient front desk experience. **Duties:** – Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries. – Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all paperwork, files, and records are organized and up-to-date. – Transcribe and enter orders and other information into our database, accurately and efficiently. – Provide administrative support to the team, including proofreading documents and performing various administrative tasks. – Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. – Provide customer support and address any concerns or issues that may arise. **Experience:** – Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferable for this position. – A strong background in customer support and a willingness to provide exceptional service to our clients. **Skills:** – Excellent communication and organizational skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. – Strong customer support skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service. – Proficiency in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and proofreading. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
