Our highly trained, clinically comprehensive practice believes the best dental care comes from our relationships with our patients. In this position you will be an essential team member working day to day in the front office of our practice. You will be partnering with management to constantly implement improvements to our processes and procedures. We are seeking the right person to grow with our team, have fun and be challenged every day. Hours: Tuesday through Friday: 8:45 – 6:00 Saturday: 8:45 – 3:00 Responsibilities xe2x97x8f Promptly answer all incoming phone calls and treat every patient with respect and dignity xe2x97x8f Greet and check in/outpatients xe2x97x8f Track number of new patients per month and provide metrics during team meetings xe2x97x8f Collect any copayments or payments from patients xe2x97x8f Maintain hygiene schedule to maximize profitability and production for providers xe2x97x8f Work with scheduling and treatment plan coordinator to recall patients with pending treatment plans xe2x97x8f Enter treatment plans into Dentrix xe2x97x8f Maintain the appearance of the front office and refill any necessary items xe2x97x8f Always maintain a high level of business professionalism xe2x97x8f Provide excellent care to all patients Key Qualifications xe2x97x8f At least 1 year minimum working experience in a dental or medical office xe2x97x8f Experience with either EagleSoft or Dentrix Is preferred xe2x97x8f Familiarity with dental insurances (PPO), the verification process and fee schedules Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Experience: Medical office experience: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Brewster, NY (Required) Work Location: In person
