Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant -Long Term Care Healthcare


Front Desk Receptionist Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm Duties: – Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner – Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals- Handle Petty cash transactions, logging deposits- Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities- Experience working in an office environment, preferably in a medical office setting- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients, visitors, and colleagues Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills We offer competitive pay based on experience.
